All invoices are subject to a security deposit of $150. Once all ZooZoomers products are returned in its original condition you will be reimbursed your security deposit. The value of any damages will be deducted from the security deposit. In the event the damage(s) is in excess of the security deposit, you will be given an estimate of the present value of the damages. You, the renter, agree to pay all balances in excess of $150, due to damages, within 1 week, to ZooZoomers.

Full payment is due no later than 5 business days before the date of your event. Dates are only confirmed when full payment is made.

More than 2 days before event: In the event of cancellations made between the date of payment and 48 hours before the event, 50% of your total payment made will be returned.
Less than 2 days before event: Cancellations made less than 48 hours from the date of event will result in a refund of only your security deposit ($150).

Upon selecting the date of your event and selecting the items of your choice, you will be prompted to checkout. Once checkout is completed, one of our representatives will be in contact with you to go over your reservation details and arrange a date and time for an on-site consultation. At this consultation, one of our representatives will inspect the site of the event to review several matters i.e, drop off and pick up process, view the designated area for the ZooPals and/or inflatable tent and any other factors that may affect your reservation. This will be done to ensure a smooth process on the day of your event.

ZooZoomers operates with your family in mind. We take all precautions necessary to maintain our ZooPals and ensure that they are properly operated. During setup, there will be a tutorial on how the ZooPals should be operated safely. A member of the ZooZoomers team will be present to assist with your event, but we insist on adult supervision. Therefore, ZooZoomers will not be liable for any injuries or damages that result in improper use of our equipment.
