How to book a ZooZoomer?

Using our website to view our product listing, you can select the products and date you would like to reserve. At checkout, you will be prompted to review our Terms and Conditions. After reading, you will be prompted to checkout and a member of our team will be in contact to arrange payment. Your reservation is not confirmed until full payment is provided.

What comes with my booking?

Once full payment is received, each booking comes with a complimentary consultation so that we can collaborate on how to maximize your experience. Once the details are confirmed, we will deliver and set up the ZooZoomers and add ons (tent, flooring, etc.) and one of our staff will manage the experience for you.

Is there an age restriction for children?

We encourage children 4 years and under to ride with an adult at all times and all children must be in constant supervision of an adult.

Is there a weight restriction?

The maximum weight allowed on each ZooPal is 250lbs.

Where are you located?

ZooZoomers is a mobile operation. Send us a message via WhatsApp or e-mail and we will reach out to you on/before the next business day.

Can I book animals for a party, wedding, school or corporate event?

Yes, we are able to deliver rental animals. Send us an email with your event details and we can arrange a zoomin’ day!
